yesterday I ate the huge gorgeously misshapen(sp?) tomato that grew on one of my tomato plants, with olive oil, sea salt and fresh basil (also from my little container garden) and it was insanely delicious.
today I picked the tiniest (it was about the size of a pearl) little perfectly ripe Sungold tomato and ate it, all by itself - yum.

Date: 2005-08-07 07:51 am (UTC)but I'm feeling very accomplished re: the garden, because it's not only my first ever garden, it's almost the first time I've kept plants alive this long.
plus they're tasty tomatoes.
